Based at Siemens Headquarters in Munich, Germany, Tobias Dennehy is heading the company’s global “People
Experience” initiative. His main task: to listen. His main goal: to cater for better experiences of all people working
for or wanting to work for Siemens.
In former crabwalk career manifestations, Tobias made sure the ground was laid for the Chairman of the AsiaPacific Committee of German Business (APA), Joe Kaeser, to build economic bridges between East and West. He was also responsible for Siemens’ government relations in the Asia-Pacific region and headed the
company’s global Task Force for China’s “Belt and Road / New Silk Road” Initiative.
Before that, Tobias spilt many a litre of blood, sweat and tears trying to implant the storytelling virus in corporate communications and marketing – both within Siemens, as a freelance consultant for major European companies, and as a keynote speaker at international conferences.
And whenever time permits, he is a passionate family man and nurtures a his musical singer/songwriter alter
ego “Herr Dennehy”.
Tobias studied German literature, journalism, communication science and politics in Bamberg, Germany.
