I am an accomplished, commercially-savvy HR Professional with a purpose of driving business and culture transformation, from both strategic and operational perspectives.
My experience spans several industries and geographies – while the recent focus is on the logistics industry, through my consultancy work, I have had exposure to Banking, Oil & Gas, Internet & Tech, and Telco. Geographically - in my current role covers 120.000 employees globally, which raised my awareness of cultural nuances in successfully driving business results.
I am experienced in building up operations from scratch (introduction of new operators in the market), and in transforming already well-established companies.
Throughout my career, I demonstrated the ability to "re-invent" myself, starting from finance, moving into HR, shifting to technology (5G Program Management), and being the subject lead for change management and large-scale transformation.
My career growth has been fuelled by my positive attitude, drive, steadfast belief in self-improvement, and continuous focus on development.
Currently enjoying a dynamic role with DHL Express, where I lead execution of Global HR priorities, Engagement, DEIB and Employer Brand, acting as the right hand and sparring partner of EVP Global HR. I specialise in bringing all aspects of HR across the employee lifecycle when transforming business and organization (from organizational, costs, and skills perspective)
