Mrs. Anette Böhm is a seasoned executive with extensive experience in Human Resources and organizational transformation. As the Chief Human Resources Officer (CHRO) of bpostgroup, she leads the strategic direction and implementation of HR initiatives for one of Europe's leading postal operators.
With a proven track record in fostering a culture of innovation, diversity and inclusion, Mrs. Böhm is instrumental in driving bpostgroup's talent management strategies to attract, retain, and develop top-tier talent across the organization.
Prior to her current role, Mrs. Böhm held various leadership positions in multinational corporations (KBC Bank & Verzekering, SDWorx, Belgacom, …), where she spearheaded transformative HR programs that enhanced employee engagement, performance and well-being. Her expertise lies in aligning HR practices with business objectives, enabling the company she works for to achieve sustainable growth and operational excellence.
Mrs. Böhm holds masters in Business Administration and in Coaching and Counseling for Change. She is recognized for her thought leadership in HR, frequently contributing to industry publications and participating in conferences as a keynote speaker.
Outside of her work at bpostgroup, Mrs. Böhm is passionate about mentoring emerging HR professionals and championing social responsibility initiatives. Her various board positions in key companies on the Belgian business scene bear witness to this.
