As an aspiring Human Resource data expert, I bridge the gap between Business Intelligence and Data Science to support data-driven decision-making. Since April 2023, I have been a trainee in DHL’s global HR analytics team, where I have developed a deep passion for various HR topics, particularly those involving data and statistics. So far, I have contributed to creating insights on employee engagement, retention, and compliance by building automated data products or conducting in-depth analyses. I hold an M.Sc. degree in Economics from the University of Cologne, specializing in Design & Behavior and Economic Psychology. My additional fields of interest include game theory, incentive mechanism design, and econometrics.
