Driving the fast transformation from traditional reporting to visualized analytics & insights to support our initiatives such as Strategic Workforce Planning, Organization Design & Process Optimization. In parallel, developing an Advanced Analytics project organization, with capability to support a growing number of use cases to address people-related business problems. It is an exciting journey for a dynamic organization of about 100,000 employees, multiple data sources, and a growing appetite for the value of data-driven insights.
